We carefully package each vintage piece to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

 

Processing Time:
• Orders ship within 5 business days of purchase.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Packaging:
Because our items are vintage and often delicate, we take extra steps to wrap, secure, and protect each piece during transit.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and your location.
• We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our items are vintage, unique, pre-loved, and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final.

 

No Returns or Refunds:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items. Every item in our shop has lived a life before finding its way to you. Light wear, patina, or age-related marks are part of its story — and we consider them beautiful, not flaws.

 

Exceptions – Items Damaged in Transit:
If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

 

We will review the claim and work with you toward a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement when available.
